Who We Are

Wing CATHLEEN M. IHASZ is Co-Founder of Raptor Films. She is primarily based in Dubai, from where she manages a number of investments and provides financial consulting and development services to various projects in the US and abroad. Her most recent activities include developing real estate, notably a boutique hotel/private club in Manhattan and its affiliated global brand, “The Lázár”, and establishing an estate management company for internationally acclaimed legacy musicians and other cultural icons, Artist Legacy Group, LLC (ALG).

Cathleen is President of Matrix Group Consulting, Ltd. and a Founding Member of New Legacy Matrix, LLC. She began her career as a marketing associate at the Halcyon/Alan B. Slifka Management Company, and went on to manage her family’s investment advisory firm, a fund of funds, and ultimately merged that business into the New Legacy wealth management platform.

Cathleen graduated from the University of Chicago. She currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Hudson Union Society and is a Member of the Players Club.

Wing NICOLE V. IHASZ is Co-Founder of Raptor Films. She primarily resides in New York City where she is President of 7 West 44th Street Management, LLC. She currently oversees the development of a boutique hotel and private club at that site, “The Lázár”, as well as strategizing the development of its affiliated international brand.

Additionally, Nicole is a Founding Member and sits on the Board of Directors of Artist Legacy Group, LLC (ALG), an estate and brand management company for iconic musicians and other cultural icons. Prior to these more recent endeavors, Nicole spent the majority of her career working with IT start-ups in the Financial Services industry. Nicole graduated from The University of Virginia with a Bachelor’s Degree in English. She is a Patron Member of the Hudson Union Society.
